Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
